But ffs please quit trying to turn me into a target when all I want to do is PVE. You need your pvp fix. fantastic, .0 awaits you. All you need do is load up your pirate gang and off you go. Free and easy pvp.
haha ya right. They dont want to pvp people that pvp back there not going to go lmao. Becouse pvp is not free. Is it a rock? Point a Lazer at it and profit. Is it a ship? Point a Lazer at it and profit. I dont realy see any differnces here. |

Originally by: Goose99 Carriers slice through lvl5s like hot knife through butter. It's clearly an exploit. All lvl5 should have gates that keep caps out, not just some. This needs a fix, badly.
Ya we need to fix this badly. Put all level 5's in high sec so caps cant be used one them :) Is it a rock? Point a Lazer at it and profit. Is it a ship? Point a Lazer at it and profit. I dont realy see any differnces here. |

More low sec smack. And CCP is still mentally challenged to the fact that pve mission runing carebears are never going to mingle in low sec for level 5 missions witch we all do like as thats when we can realy shine as a group doing what is mainly called raiding in other mmo's.
And so a new pve player starts his/her life in eve for the first time gets to level 4's last as long as it takes for the person to get burned out with the lack of pve content and pure pve challance and emo quites and ccp losses one more account.
Keep the level 5's in high sec its realy the only high sec activity that req. More then one ship to do. Now were back to no activity in high sec needing more then one ship again. Is it a rock? Point a Lazer at it and profit. Is it a ship? Point a Lazer at it and profit. I dont realy see any differnces here. |

This is the most coherent argument I've read in this entire thread as to why level 5's should be runnable in hisec.
Actually it isn't!
If the objective is that several people should work together and have a challenge, there's absolutely no reason why they can't run L4's in T1 cruisers! Hell, for a real challenge they can run them in T1 frigates!
The underlying argument with ALL the L5 whines is: "Wah! Don't take our ISK-printers away!" They try to hide it by mentioning the words 'challenge' and 'teamwork' a few times, completely ignoring that there are already plenty of ways to provide that.
L5's need to go! They're simply way too profitable risk/reward-wise to be able to be run in high-sec.
There's a load of bs. Should we move all trading to low sec 0.0 null sec becouse good knows thats were the real isk is at. Is it a rock? Point a Lazer at it and profit. Is it a ship? Point a Lazer at it and profit. I dont realy see any differnces here. |

Here you go Kerfira how do you like the way its adapted now?
Just to remind everybody this is not a nerf it is a buff. With everyone moving towards center of high sec the systems bordering low sec or emptying out. So placing alts in low sec mission system will force them into high sec and pirets camping system will help you to force them into high sec.
The more complicated a system is, the more room it leaves to be used and abused. They should have just left it to chance and not messed with it.
Dominion mission bug made it so that missions are more likely to be given in more crowded systems. Lowsec are empty, so it give highsec missions.
Tyrannis mission bug made it so that missions are more likely to be given in emptier systems. If you park useless alts in lowsec, it'll give highsec missions.
People are movable. Instead of replace one bug with another, CCP should have just got rid of the manually introduced bugs. Sticking to simple probability means no one can manipulate it and no one can ***** about it.
It also wouldn't cause additional problems like the mass-migration to deep highsec mission hubs we've been seeing.
Edit: See so its not a nerf now you dont have to hope it sends you to high sec you can force it to send you. Adapt and cloak and put one little figer on all your alts hands up at the pirats Is it a rock? Point a Lazer at it and profit. Is it a ship? Point a Lazer at it and profit. I dont realy see any differnces here. |

This quirk is being looked into; once it has been resolved, level 5 missions always occur in low- or null-sec systems.
You guys read the news at all?
Incompetence is shown every day. Why would saying they are going to do something make you think it'll actually happen?
Thats the way I see it too Kenny. It could easly be another 3 years before they "fix" this so called problem again is some truely unmeaningfull way again. Is it a rock? Point a Lazer at it and profit. Is it a ship? Point a Lazer at it and profit. I dont realy see any differnces here. |

Yes, and pay double to play a game you originally only needed to pay for one account. *claps* Well done sir. Also, congratulations on Neo-like vision and the ability to see the code of EVE, when CCP haven't said anything about how to fix it.
Well this post is asuming that level 5 mission runners are not using two accounts one to tank in and one to rep themselfs in so I dont see why they should open more accounts then what they already have for running level 5's solo. And the speed in witch CCP fixs things were missions are consered is nothing but slow man slow in the fact we mesure it not in patchs but in years. Is it a rock? Point a Lazer at it and profit. Is it a ship? Point a Lazer at it and profit. I dont realy see any differnces here. |

Edited by: Rip Minner on 15/06/2010 08:37:06 Tar it did not stop them from Empting out Low sec so now there going to empty out High sec too.
It still will not give low sec more targets. It's just like the Mining. If you got the man power to Hold a Low sec system for any Activity.
You will make more doing so in Null/0.0 or WH.
